Two young directors Anna Katalin Lovrity and Murat Uğurlu will share their experiences on making a short film with the film lovers at their conversation.
Anna Katalin Lovrity - Director
Biography
Anna Katalin Lovrity was born in 1990 in Budapest. She is an independent animation filmmaker and illustrator. From 2010 to 2016 she attended animation department in Moholy-Nagy University of Art and Design in Budapest. In 2012 she went to Belgium as an exchange student. She is currently a participant in ‘Animation Sans Frontieres’, the European animation production workshop. Named as one of the young talents of Hungary, she is the co-author of ZINA, the zine created by Hungarian female artists.
As a freelancer, she enjoys to experiment with different techniques and formats in order to create clever visual content with a strong message without sacrificing quality. The premiere screening of her graduation film was at Berlinale in 2017.

Murat Uğurlu - Director
Biography
Borned in Ankara, 1987. After finishing Faculty of Communication in Ankara University, he continued his education in Polish National Film School Lodz. His first short story collection is published in 2013. He currently lives in İstanbul.
