Can Tutuğ
He was born in Zonguldak. In 2013, he worked with Amy Salsgiver on vibraphone at Istanbul Technical University Dr. Erol Üçer Music Advanced Research Center. By taking lessons from Tony Miceli, he focused on jazz harmony and improvisation. He played as a soloist in the Thrace Academy Chamber Orchestra. He won the Youth Jazz Competition of the 22nd International Istanbul Jazz Festival with the jazz band he founded in 2015, "The Cold Vibes", and took part in the festival's "Jazz in Parks" event.
He continued to perform at the International Istanbul Jazz Festival in the following years. By winning the Indonesian Art And Culture Scholarship Guidance Project in 2017, he was entitled to study gamelan for three months in Indonesia.
In the same year, on April 30, World Jazz Day, he gave a public concert with a repertoire of Thelonious Monk compositions in memory of Thelonious Monk's 100th birthday. At the same he is an offical artist of Xylosynth, mallet electronic controller. In the last decade, he performed his own compositions in various jazz festivals and jazz clubs in various cities of Europe and Turkey.
Aytaç Aydoğdu
He was born in Kırklareli. At the age of 14, he was introduced to trumpet at TSK Band Schools Command. He completed his classical music and trumpet studies at this school. In 2011, his jazz journey started with "Türkay", the only bigband of the Land Forces. He took part in Afyonkarahisar Jazz Festival and 16th International Ankara Jazz Festival with “Türkay” as a solo trumpeter. He also performed in Bosnia and Kosovo with the same orchestra.
In 2014, as a student at Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory Jazz Department, participated in many bigband concerts. After completing his education here, he took part in many projects with Ankara Metropolitan Municipality City Orchestra. He continues to teach trumpet and jazz theory at Zuhal Müzik.
