A full scholarship winner as a vocalist in Berklee College of Music , Deniz had a chance to study vocal performance, composition and production with some of the very important breakthrough musicians in the recent music world such as Esperanza Spalding, Bobby Mcferrin, Tia Fuller who played with Beyonce, Greg Osby, Victor Wooten, Tiger Okoshi, George Garzone, David Devoe, Mitch Haupers, Dave Fiuczynski, Christiane Karam; and some entrepreneurs of electronic music and production such as Richard Boulanger, Tom Rhea, Prince Charles Alexander and many more.
With the Special Prize in Nardis Jazz Vocal Competition, she attended Pulawy Jazz Workshop in Poland in 2011. During this time she had performances as an actress and musical singer, in musicals Grease, Les Miserables, and contributed in soundtracks and played a role in Ezel Akay’s movie ‘’7 Kocalı Hürmüz’’ which Emmy Award winner Haluk Bilginer was also played in. As a singer she contributed in Jose Merce’s album in 2012, shared stage with Rhythm of The Universe, Christiane Karam, Simon Shaheen. She had performed in many concerts of her own and for different projects in several big stages, jazz clubs and art galleries in NY, Boston such as Berklee Performance Center, Wallys’, LillyPad, and in İstanbul such as IKSV Salon, Kültür Merkezleri had a chance to play Buchla Synthesizer in a performance of Berklee College of Music.
She have studied Musical Theater in İstanbul University Conservatory, Jazz performance in BAU Jazz Department, studied composition with Alper Maral, Amy Salsgiver in workshops of İTU, MİAM and Yıldız Teknik Conservatory in Turkey.
Recently she won the ''The Best Interpreter'' and ''The best Singer-Songwriter'' Awards in ''23. Altın Güvercin Şarkı Yarışması'' Golden Dove Songwriting Awards which hosted and awarded the most prestigious singers and songwriters of Turkey through decades such as Cem Karaca and Fatih Erkoç.
In her home studio she is excited working on her debut album, releasing first single this fall. While continuing performing in the venues of İstanbul, sharing some of her content for social and natural awareness in her YouTube and Patreon Channels, as a part of Sync Community, keeps songwriting for musicians and movies, also working as arranger.
Enver Muhamedi was born in 1994 in Kosovo. At the age of 6, he began his music life in primary school in Mitrovica by playing classical guitar. He performed in classical music concerts in different cities and gave recitals. In high school, in addition to classical guitar he began playing doublebass and participated in classical music orchestras. He took part in jazz and rock projects with local groups in Kosovo and Albania. Later, he continued to his musical education at Mitrovica Rock School, Fontys Tilburg, and Bahçeşehir University in Istanbul.
Muhamedi, who took part in the album recordings of the artists such as Önder Focan, Ayşe Tütüncü, Baturay Yarkın Trio, Agron Peni Flamenco, Evrencan Gündüz, He also gave many concerts in cities such as Zurich, Friburg, Bern, Luzern, Basel, Tilburg, Breda, Lviv and Utrecht; He took part in Istanbul Jazz, Leopolis Jazz, Tirana Jazz, Pristina Jazz, Leskovac Film and Akbank Jazz Festivals.
Enver Muhamedi recorded his first album “Letter to K” on January 2020, which he dedicated to Kosovo.
