Foley Workshop - Aleyna Seymen
In the workshop, participants will be informed about Foley art and how it has progressed until today, and the principles it has brought to the atmosphere of a film. A workshop where participants will actively gain experience on how the performative process in foley art works.
Aleyna Seymen was born on July 28, 1997 in Bolu. After completing her primary education in Bakırköy, Istanbul, she studied at the Cinema and Television Department of Mimar Sinan Fine Arts High School. She started her university education at the Theater Department of Yeditepe University and transferred to Istanbul Bilgi University Performing Arts Department. The first feature film experience in foley was in Yol Ayrımı. Other works include: Bal Kaymak, Keşif, Annem, The Antenna, Konuşan Hayvanlar, Aslı Gibidir, Kuzgun, The Protector, The Gift, Commitment Hasan, Hamlet, Dilberay, Iguana Tokyo.
* All workshops and talks organized as part of the 19th Akbank Short Film Festival are free of charge. Participation is limited to side events of the festival. There is a quota of 40 people for this workshop.
