The Hot Jazz Band from Europe is inviting you to a musical journey in time with their swing-oriented music of the 1920s, 30s and 40s. Early jazz, swing and short improvisationsare favored by the group, they also incorporate some Hungarian melodies from the same era. It’s hard to describe the sound of Hot Jazz Band, but the following names may give you an idea: Louis Armstrong, Benny Goodman, Duke Ellington, Django Reinhardt, Artie Shaw, Bix Beiderbecke, Fred Astaire. Get ready for an incomparable swing night with White Minks’ warm-up set and İstanbul Lindy Hoppers’ swing dance workshop which will be performed at the retro atmosphere of Grand Pera Ballroom.
