FROM BREATH TO SOUND

Just as emotions trigger breath rhythms, intervened breath rhythms enable us to experience different moods. In this workshop, we will talk about the effects of breath awareness and controlled breathing exercises on mental and physical health, breathing techniques that can be used to balance emotional states such as anxiety and anger on stage performance, and creating a daily breathing routine. We will introduce easy-to-apply controlled breathing exercises along with basic breathing awareness methods that develop gradually.
Our trainers Burcu Babayiğit and Ivan Chepura will accompany us in this workshop, where we will embark on a journey towards sound after our breath, which changes in every emotional state in life.
* The workshop titled "From Breath To Sound" will be held in English and Turkish.
* Workshops do not require consistent attendance and can be attended on a weekly basis. The workshop is open to all participants over the age of 18 and participation is for free. Participation is limited to 30 people.
