In the multilayered journey of the adventure of eating from soil to plate, design is always there whether intangible and tangible. This panel which discusses how the ideas of food – bread – beverage – table – kitchen – restaurant – subsistence – table/kitchenware and “food”, which are shaped by the cultural needs from the present to the future or naturally from the past to the present, meet at the intersection of gastronomy and design, will make us think about our plates once again.
