How do websites, blogs, search engines, online games, social media platforms, and smartphone applications affect individuals' everyday lives? What are the positive-negative effects of new media usage for individuals? What should parents and educators pay attention to the new media usage at an early age? Does the new media pave the way for a digital surveillance of synoptic or omnipticone, where the concern for privacy is diminished and every moment of each individual can be followed by a Big Brother? How should individuals and communities take measures against this trend? Who are creating hacking trends that develop on the Internet? What are the positive and negative aspects of hacking? Is the new media a technology addiction that needs to be treated, or is it a new living space that is integrated into our lives? If it is truth the second, how will the individual-society and state relationship be shaped on this new living space? Will humanity progress through the new media to a Digital Middle Ages or a Digital Renaissance? How should it be created a Digital Habitat to avoid Digital Middle Ages and advance towards the Digital Renaissance?
