The second edition of the "Digital Art on Campus" project was realized with the main sponsorship of Akbank Sanat, in collaboration with BASE and 42 Istanbul, and with the support of LG OLED, Monster Notebook, and Sonorous.
The project, which invites reflection and discussion on the present and future of digital with the extensive speech and workshop program accompanying the exhibition, aims to convey through art. This agenda directly or indirectly affects our age, such as artificial intelligence, data, animation, blockchain, and social media. Within the scope of "Digital Art on Campus," 42 exhibitions, panels, workshops, speeches, and video screenings were held in Istanbul, Boğaziçi University, Özyeğin University, Bahçeşehir University, and Bilgi University.
The exhibition, which is part of the project that carries the works of artists from various parts of the world to campuses and plans to inspire university students with its exhibitions and rich side events;
- AI (artificial intelligence) and human-computer interaction (HCI) researcher Harshit Agrawal, whose work has been exhibited at the world's leading art events, festivals, and museums, and included in important collections,
- his work in the exhibition "Arcadia Inc." Cezar Mocan, who won the 2021 Lumen Prize in Art and Technology with
- Founder of Makerspace “Ateliers Eclairés” in Strasbourg, co-founder of the “Château de Beaugency, Digital Art Center” project, one of the important artists of France, Jérémie Bellot,
- Golden Nica Ars Electronica award-winning artist Quayola,
- Lumen, ED Awards and Sci-On! Max Seeger, who returned with awards from many festivals and competitions such as
- Can Büyükberber, whose works have been included in art organizations such as Ultramarin, Enlighten Festival, and Miami Art Week,
- The artist duo ha: ar's "Impossible Sculptures No. 28" and
- "Kreuzberg Shedding" by Oddviz, an Istanbul-based collective founded by Çağrı Taşkın, Erdal İnci and Serkan Kaptan,
Ars Electronica Animation Festival, where we had the chance to watch the films of children and young people from very different age groups, took place in the program where the works of animation producers under the age of 19 were selected
