You can make this exercise series with your children at home based on the fact that the parent stops the video before each movement and guide the child. The exercise series consist of stretching movements that work the head, shoulders, spine, hips, legs and arms of the body. It is recommended to pay attention to the instructor’s directions when applying the movements.
