Stress, the lives we lead almost adrift, and the information pollution surrounding us probably disrupt our eating behaviours more than anything else. These conditions shove us into the arms of unhealthy perspectives, such as emotional eating, trying to escape from food and expecting miracles from them, and eventually cause us to put on weight. Yet food is merely nutrition, and our bodies send us powerful signals to consume them in healthy measures. Hearing these is only possible with a calm and conscious mind. In this workshop we embark on a transformative journey on the subjects of mindfulness and its integral part, mindful eating.
Number of participants: 50 people.
