"Curating Contemporary Art" Seminar Program
Seminar: The Art of Communication, Communication of Art
Speaker: Aysun Öz
Time: 6:00-7:00 pm
Even though communication opportunities and tools have improved, and even though we now use completely different media, ensuring that art is news among all that sensational news is an art! In these strange times when we spend much more on promoting and announcing art than we do on investing in it, how can our exhibition, work, and work be news in social and conventional media, and if it is news, how can it attract attention? How do we establish a relationship with journalists? What kind of communication language should be preferred? What should be underlined when writing a press release? How can you attract the attention of those who create content on social media with art?
