İbrahim Bican was born in Erzurum in 1996, he graduated from Atatürk University. Currently he works as an English teacher and an editorial board member for Hezeyen magazine. Previously, he worked as a director of photography for various incomplete projects. ''February'' is his directing debut, in which he worked with five amateur friends.
