A Museum An Architect
Contemplataing on the Cross Section of the Building and the Street
Understanding the basic reactions that the inhabitants of the city present in response to ‘place’, deciphering strong spatial experiences and incorporating these into the design are important conditions for producing structures that can successfully adapt to their environment, just like in nature. The presentation will focus on the scale that rests at the cross section of the private and common spaces, and how these conditions are dealt with in the cross section where the architectural product comes into contact with the common spaces of the city. The relationship that architecture establishes with the ‘street’ will be pursued through examples designed by TeCe.
