Lena has to be the best at everything she does. Even more important for her is to impress her new boss and colleagues. Lena’s main competitor is Marina whose place she has just taken. The two women have never met. Still Lena competes with her rival in everything. She wants to be the best employee. Her struggle is desperate and ruthless and it drives her close to the edge of madness.

Nikolay Kotyash was born in 1979 in Moscow. He graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University as a geographer and a psychologist. In 2014 graduated from St. Petersburg State University of Film and TV as a film director. He works as a teacher in Moscow State Institute of Culture and State University of Film and TV in St. Petersburg.
