Centaur
Argentina / Fiction / 14' / HD / Color / 2017
Centauro is a Greek-Creole western that is set in the Argentine Pampas. In Greek mythology, the centaur is a wild mix of man and beast, born of the union between god and man. In Argentine mythology, the gaucho holds a significant cultural position. The gaucho descends from the union between the indigenous population and Iberian immigrants. The centaur, just like the gaucho, is a myth, but an interrupted myth that was lost far away and long ago. Only that this story occurs nearby and in more recent times.
