The subject of the doctoral thesis of Rinaldo Marmara, who received his doctorate from Montpellier Paul Valéry University in France, is about the establishment, rise and decline of the Latin or Levantine community from Byzantium to the present.
Having signed nearly fifty books and more than a hundred articles, Marmara continues its research in the Vatican Archives; Meanwhile, he continues to work on Turkey-Vatican diplomatic relations.
He was awarded the Chevalier de l'Ordre de Saint-Grégoire le Grand by the Vatican and the Bene Merito by the Republic of Poland.
